Graduation – Eighth Grade Graduation – The 8th Grade Graduation is tomorrow, Wednesday, May 31st. and the graduating students are allowed to wear their best Sunday dress clothes (no jeans, T-shirts or Tank tops).  Mass for the Graduates will be at 9:00 AM.  Following Mass, the seventh grade parents and students will host a special breakfast for the Graduates and their families.  After breakfast, the students will have a good-bye assembly.  The evening Graduation Ceremony will be at 7:00 PM in the church with a reception following in the Sonny Kenaston Family Gym.

 

*** Eighth Grade Families – Parents need to have all tuition, incidentals, fees, Scrip fees and service hours paid in full by Wednesday, May 31st in order for your child to graduateand to have their transcripts forwarded to their high schools.

 

Library REMINDER - All books need to be returned by Wednesday, May 31st.  In the event books are damaged and/or missing, a monetary fine has been applied to replace the book.  If a book is missing or not paid for, report cards will be held until the book is returned to the library or the fine is paid.

Yearbook - Do not forget to order your Yearbooks.  $25 will get you a full color 64 page hard cover yearbook.  Please turn in your order to Mrs. Brown.  

Service Hours Invoice – Families that have not completed their volunteer hours, or required fundraising expectation will be billed for the remaining balance at $15 per hour on your FACTS account.  A Service Hours Invoice is enclosed in your Tuesday Family Folder for families who have a remaining balance owing.  Please contact Mary at 425-778-9861 if there are discrepancies on your bill. 

 

FACTS - Please make sure to check your FACTS account to ensure that your account is paid in full before Wednesday, May 31st.  All tuition, incidentals and fees need to be paid before report cards are given.  If there are fees still owed on your account your student’s report card will be held until paid. 

 

CYO Track - The 4th-8th graders will have their Championship Meet this Saturday, June 3rd at 10:00 AM at Highland High School in Burien.  Please have your child at the meet by 9:30 AM.  See you there and feel free to email Coach Jess with any questions at

Last Day for ElectivesFriday, June 2nd is the last day for electives.  We wish to give a big thank you to all the teachers and parent volunteers who taught elective classes and shared their expertise with our student.  The electives classes truly enrich their lives.  We appreciate these teachers and parent volunteers who shared their time this year.

Fall CYO Cross Country and Soccer – Registration forms for Fall Cross Country and Fall Soccer came home last week and are again in this week’s Tuesday Family Folder.  If you are registering your child(ren) for either sport please return the registration by Wednesday, May 31st.  CYO needs an accurate count in order to submit the roster for next fall.
