Dear Families,
MAP testing for the second grade will take place May 14^th through May 17^th. Please make sure your student gets rest the night before testing and arrives at school on time. Three of our test sessions begin at 8:45 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We also test Wednesday after Mass. Make sure your child has a good breakfast and a snack for testing days. Homework will be minimal during testing. We will do spelling practice in class. They will need to read for 15 minutes and practice their fable.
The final copy of your child’s fable went home today. These will be the speeches for our speech contest this week. Our in-class speech contest will take place on Wednesday afternoon. The top 3 speeches will be presented Friday afternoon May 17th in the gym.
