2nd Graderroachstpx.orgHi! My name is Renée Roach and I am the second grade teacher at St. Pius X! This is my first year teaching and I am so excited to be here at St. Pius X! I graduated in 2018 from Gonzaga University and am currently pursuing my Masters in Teaching from the University of Portland through the PACE program (Pacific Alliance for Catholic Education.) It’s an amazing program focused on educating teachers for Catholic schools.
Born in Walla Walla, Washington, I am the youngest of six children. Family and community are very important to me and that is why I feel like I am in the perfect place at St. Pius X. On the weekends, I love being with my family, painting, and being outside. Through teaching this year, I hope I can help the second grade students learn and grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally.
